It is an extra virgin olive oil, produced on the Montello hill on two lands that are about 1 km apart from each other.
The plants are young and are a maximum of 20 years old. The land is exposed to the south with a slight slope, sheltered from the winds at 300 m above sea level. Produced by choosing cultivation, harvesting, pressing and conservation methods that allow the highest quality to be obtained.
The oil from the Agriturismo Dolce Colle does not undergo any type of processing or filtering after pressing.
