It is an extra virgin olive oil, produced on the Montello hill on two grounds that are about 1 km apart from each other.
The plants are young and are no more than 20 years old. The land is exposed to the south with a slight slope, sheltered from the winds at 300 meters above sea level. Produced by choosing the methods of cultivation, harvesting, pressing and conservation that allow to obtain the highest quality.
The oil of the Dolce Colle Agriturismo does not undergo any type of processing or filtering after squeezing.
